Finally...I can sleeppppp

Finally finish this 3 project....Instrumentation and Embedded Project...Now i can sleep tightly....1st time 2 days didnt sleep at all...keep doing project...stress and suffer!!!!

1st project(Embedded Servo Motor)

Spend around 3 months to finish it...demo(22 March 2011) inside the class....

Preparation~

Try and error many servo motor and keep cant get the accurate angle...beside that keep going to Pasar Road to buty the component.... haix.... mostly is kai keat programming...(=.=)~!!

finally the produce comes out ...

On the presentation day... V success demo what the requirement wanted... and until now don know how many marks that v get.. i think quite high :P haha....

2st project (Instrumentation) :

V had spend whole semester to do it and we demo the product(9 April 2011) inside the lab.

I forgot to mention what this project about....This project call Torque Sensor...which is design a instrument to measure the torque...and every semester for this subject(Instrumentation)...student have to design a sensor ... and the most easy 1 is the displacement sensor... and the most difficult 1...is...TORQUE SENSOR.... KNN!!! now V are the damn lucky 1 抽到this title...really..... speechless.... as i know until now... all my seniors who take this title....all also fail to design it.... This is because the torque have to measure the rotational force.....

Some more....The person who give us mark... is our head of department...Dr.Tariq....He is very gaolat de ppl... how to say"? he very like to ask question until you don know how to answer.... and he always give ppl very low mark... Zzzz..

But at last v got some concept..then v try to do it....

We had try many many Strain gauge for our project but the output that v get...changes very significant...then v tot the strain gauge spoil.....then v use a new strain gauge paste again....

We had use....5 strain gauge....

1 strain gauge =RM33

5 strain gauge =RM165

and...

V bought 6 strain gauge for back up ~~!!!!

6 strain gauge =RM198

so total strain gauge v spent is...RM363~!!!!!knnnnnn

finally the product come out....

This is the lab to demo our product...

Around 10am of the presentation day....

Dr Tariq come to our workstation....and v start the presentation to him.... V 4 ppl keep explain how this instrument work and he had ask some question then v all able to answer it...he looks quite satisfied... and ask us demo the the things to him...at last v success show and prove the value to him and he give us 9/10 mark.... our tutor help us and ask Dr.Tariq give us 10/10 mark because v had put many effort on it... Mr tariq at last decide gave us 10/10 marks...Very thanks to Mr Chan (tutor) help us...

V become the Legend which is the 1st group success to build the torque sensor in UCSI~~

3rd Project(Embedded Racing Car)

Spend last 2 weeks to do it...competition and presentation at the Audi hall..

This project is the most headache 1...because got the competition... and the mark given is like this..

1st place 10 mark

2nd place 9 mark

3rd place 8 mark

....

....

....

10th place 0 mark

11th,12th,13th, and 14th also 0 mark (just got 14 group )

Very 残忍right?? do until so pek chek it might get 0 mark if lose...

what is the require for the competition....

1st requirement...

Able to run forward from start point, U-turn at end point and stop at start point(1 lap)

2nd requirement..

same as requirement 1 but use the fastest time to do 3 laps unstoppable....(The fastest will be the champion of the competition)

It means that if you can success do the requirement 1 then only can go for competition. Who fail to do the requirement 1...then u will be disqualified and "award" 0 mark...

Preparation~

Had try many times but not able to do U-turn perfectly after detect the black line... had try many many times...but fail too... This really make us suffer and stress because the presentation and the competition date very close...

our car got problem!!!...whats the problem??which is the car will auto U-turn before detecting the black line... V try to solve it but at last... cant solve it also....some more tomorow will be the presentation and the competition...

上天真的跟我开玩笑～！！！

I and my teammate didn't sleep at all and do until the day of the competition ...but the problem cant solve too....Some more 1 of my teammate very down(士气低落）...really can say 祸不单行～！！！lucky...some of our friends come to help us like jumin and ming joo...jumin help us do some part of the report and ming joo help us do some car design on it...Veerryyy Thanks to them...

8am (9 April 2011):

The presentation will be start at 8.30am....but our car...still have same the problem... This times really depends on GOD ..Allah...Buddha ald.... >.

After the presentation... V have to go for the 1st requirement....and V are the Group 1 ....be the 1st "rat" of the competition....

1st Trial...V fail to do the 1st U-turn...the car before detect the black line then auto U-turn...(Some Word write in white colour font~ :P)

2nd Trial ...Complete mission...(success do a U-turn)(Some Word write in white colour font~ :P)

Really God, Allah and buddha help us... V success for the 1st requirement... entitle for the competition...Damn HApppy~!!!

7/14 group entitle for the competition....for another 7 group...get 0 marks....pity them....
