My Project : "Stirling Engine"!!

今天是我group的Project Presentation 的日子...我不知是佛祖还是jesus还是allah的帮忙....我group 的project 很顺利的运做....这可以说对我很大的安慰和鼓励....其实这project engine有很大的"来头"...

记得我的lecturer design MR.Raghu 说要我们自己找group然后做一个能work的project 给他...当然不是随随便便的project...这是free topic 的project....要他看过proposal 然后才能做..我还是一样跟会自己的组员..jumin,kai keat and win liang...一起做这个project...

我们找到了这个stirling engine project....这个stirling engine by theoritically 应该很简单....但是我们花了接近3个月直到presentation 当天的1.30am才work...

这个project最赤手的是...我们用的epoxy glue need to wait 24 hour to dry.. when we try the engine we found that air leak from the engine and cause the engine cannot work as well...we need to take of the epoxy glue and glue it again...so another 24 hour again=.=!!!....

can u all imagine ?we already use around 9 set of epoxy glue to glue our engine...when v found that our first engine cannot work...then we immediately do another set for the stirling engine...2nd set of the stirling also cannot work....we do the 3rd set of stirling engine which is modify by using the aluminum plate( good in conductive heat)...the 1st set is using the zink plate....but at last this 3 set of engine also cannot work.....The 1st engine work at 1.30am on 5/8/2009 which is the day for the presentation....跟可怕的是当是1.30am "work"只是一阵子而已....很不stable....但我们只好不去动它...一直放到3pm presentation time...


时间很快就到3pm 了.....我们带着不知这个会不会跟我合作的engine到Presentation de 地方...心里真的忐忑不安...因为Mr Raghu说过如果project不能work一定拿很低分...最高直能拿6/20....对我来说那一点点分数不用说拿A...连pass 都有问题.....看见其他group 都准备就绪了....(他们的project 都很不赖呢...).....一阵子后....给我分数的lecturer 来看....这个project很顺顺利利的和我合作...真的感谢各界神圣帮忙...让这个engine一直转下去...

所有lecturer都很满意我们的project....相信应该能拿很高分吧!^^

From doing this project...i learn a lot of things...example like read carefully the instuction before start to do a project....and we need to consider the theoritically and practically product....it really hard!!!!!
